Orange Sausages

Freshly Ontario ground pork and Ontario lamb shoulder, salt, pepper, oregano, coriander, all spice, cloves, cinnamon, paprika, and minced orange zest. All of our sausages are hand twisted and made in house. We use an 80% pork and 20% lamb mixture to create a perfect balance of taste. With no fillers or preservatives these sausages are a staple of Ellas Meat Market. There are approximately 3 sausages per pound.
