Freshly ground pork shoulder Salt, pepper, oregano, coriander, all spice, cloves, cinnamon, paprika, and minced orange zest. All of our sausages are hand twisted and made in house.  With no fillers or preservatives these sausages are a staple of Ellas Meat Market. There are approximately 3 sausages per pound.
