Black Angus Capless Rib Steak
Black angus beef sold by the pound. Can be ordered in 10, 12, 14 or 16 oz. Our beef is of AAA or higher grade Black Angus coming out of Alberta, we make sure that they are aged for over 40 days in order to provide the best taste and tenderness. Rib Steaks are great to barbecue, pan fry or even finish in the oven. They are the most forgiving of all the steaks when cooked well done.
